I bought several heating pads from this company. I use them often for heat therapy to ease my pain. This new ice pad is large and has a washable cotton cover! The cover helped the ice pad stay on my shoulder very well. I use it mainly for cold therapy to ease the pain on my rotating cuff. With other ice pads in the past, I had to hold the ice pad by hand or sit on my couch when I am getting the cold therapy. It is ok when I sit there. But when I stand up, I have to leave it and come back to it. This pad stays with me when I get up. I also don’t need to get a towel to wrap the ice pad. It has helped me easing my pain on my shoulder.Before I placed my order, I called them to ask some questions. They explained things in easy to understand terms and made recommendations based on what I need. I feel they really care about what their customers.

I am a chronic back pain sufferer. I need these hot cold pads so I can feel relief. I was all set to order the hot and cold pad offered by another company that was listed as best-seller, then noticed some of the new reviews saying poor quality and they had it a month and already the cover is cracking and starting to leak gel.Then, I saw the Reusable Gel Ice Pack & Heating Pad by Sunny Bay. I decided to give it a shot and am I glad I did! Love, Love, Love it! The way the pad is made makes the product very efficient. They even sewed Velcros inside the cover and on the heating pad to hold the pad in place. I read other reviews about the high quality and useful designs from this company. Now I am convinced the attention to detail they put into this product.The gel is evenly distributed when cold. It is soft also. The best thing I like is that it is so big. It covers my back from one side to the other and up and down. And I can still walk around with it on me. No horrible smell from the pad. And snugs up so nicely on your back and stays put.I highly recommend this product and wanting to try other styles.

This hot and cold wrap comes with a cover and long strap. I can microwave it and wrap it around my arm. The strap is so long I can make a few loops and still make a tie with my hands without asking for help. It helps to warm up my hands. It is light weight so it doesn’t bother my shoulder when I wear it all day long. I can also wrap it on my legs to help warm up my feet. I also use it to relieve shoulder and lower back pain.I have also been using the microwavable hand warmers custom made for me by this company for about 10 years (it lasts a long time). I use them all day when it is cold outside. Before I drive my kids to school, I would microwave the hand warm for 1minute on each side, then take with me when I drive. They are very convenient and helpful to keep my hands warm in winter.I would highly recommend this company’s products. They are well designed, tested, and well made.

I was going to have back surgery, and knew that afterwards I would not be allowed to have any heat on the area until it healed. I didn't have a good ice pack that would work on the back, so I ordered this. It is GREAT. The ice pack gets cold with out completely freezing. The separate pouch/wrap worked well to keep the pack in place on my lower back where I needed it. This will be one of my mail go to's when I have pain now. I encourage everyone to consider this product, cause it works, and works great!

I have chronic pain in my lower back and this Ice Pack was a wonderful find. You don't even have to take it apart, just get it adjusted in the wrap, fold it in half and stick it in a gallon freezer bag. When needed, I just tie it around my middle and keep doing whatever. No longer do I have to lay down for 20 minutes or prop an ice pack in a chair as it continues to slip out of place.. This is a great ice pack and I highly recommend it.

I really like this ice pack! I've only used it for cold therapy so far as that is what I acquired or for. It's huge and I love that it can be tied on as tight as necessary to keep it in place! I have used it on a knee, and even on my head when i had a migraine. I tied it on like a bandana and was able to walk around the house while using it! I have chronic migraines so I know I will get a LOT of use out of this. The only thing is I wish it stayed colder for longer. I remedy that by switching out the ice pack for another (smaller) one while I refreeze the one it came with. It does freeze up again VERY quickly compared to my other ice packs so it is still very much worth the money.

My son is the only one in our house who has used this so far, but it seems to be a great product. I like that the cover is machine washable and dries quickly even when hung to dry. The straps are so long, they can be wrapped around limbs a couple of times and then tied to keep the cold from the ice pack exactly where it needs to be. The pack gets cold quickly in the freezer and stays really cold for a long time. Ours has been out of the freezer for nearly an hour and still has a layer of frost on the outside. It's so cold, we still use a cloth napkin or thin towel between the cover and skin. I don't mind that -- I'd rather do that than deal with an ice pack that gets lukewarm after 10 minutes.

I ordered this for my husband because of his tonsillectomy. Out of the several cold wraps we tried out, this was the most effective at providing pain relief as well as reducing swelling. It also stayed cold longer than the others. The design is really convenient - the straps make it easy to keep the pad in place, and the gel material allows you to mold it to your body as needed. I'd absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking for an ice wrap.
