I was confident in my purchase, but I admit to being incredibly pleased with the craftsmanship if these small urns. They are not "mini" - each will easily hold two large tablespoons of cremains. A wonderful way to have your loved one's ashes be split off in small amounts for large families. Or gift one to a best friend as remembrance of their enduring relationship. A great size for your mantle, not too big, but also not anal enough that it will get lost. It fits in my hand, but not what I consider small enough to be a "carry it with you always" size. The design was perfect - my mother has three daughters and a husband who loved her so much, we got the three doves.They come in a beautiful box, and each has a lovely velvet pouch. Four is a nice set, and the price is incredible! The seller we got them from has many design and size options, and is run by U.S. Veterans and their families. If there were any issues, I'm confident they would be handle quickly and with great care.These urns are ideal for:Small pets (birds, reptiles, etc.)Separating ashes of larger petsTaking a set on a Memorial Journey to be spread at several locations (each urn can be for a specific locale)Funereal gifts for relatives and close friends (they don't have to be filled, a small teaspoon is okay)These are a good choice if they fit your needs. I needed to purchase multiple urns for relatives, to receive their portion of our loved one’s ashes, and needed these urns to not cost an arm and a leg as well as have fast shipping. I’m not going to lie I was skeptical of the quality, overall aesthetic, and if it could actually arrive on time for the memorial service my family planned (relatives were coming out of town so we couldn’t reschedule this event so I was counting on this seller to come through and ship these items quickly and safely because I basically had no time to exchange for another set if anything went wrong). Let me tell you this product met my needs and then some. First of all, these urns are so freaking adorable it’s not even funny. I was surprised at the great quality of the urns. The lids shut great ensuring none of the ashes fell out-very pleased. Can we mention the craftsmanship? The dove design is beautiful..seriously freaking gorg! To tell you the truth I thought the design quality was poor because online it didn’t even look like a dove to me but just a blob. I was wrong. It is even more beautiful in person and all my relatives loved and appreciated their urn. The last hurdle was shipping so I signed up for prime to ensure that I would get this on time. As my first time using prime I was still worried my item might not get to me on time but I was glad that my package arrived right on time. The seller did a great job of packaging the items nothing was broken or damaged which I highly appreciate. So if you are trying to decide to purchase these urns or not you definitely should you will not be disappointed. They have many designs that are beautiful matter of fact I purchased another set of two that was a different design and it was just as stunning. You can't go wrong with these urns.

This was not my first choice of urns. I had wanted one that could be personalized; however, I was under a time constraint, and it looked like most of the ones I liked or that could be personalized had such a large delivery window that I couldn't be assured that they'd arrive in time for the burial, so I stuck with Prime products only. That narrowed the choices dramatically, and this was the nicest of the lot. So I can honestly say, this was a second choice.However, on arrival, I was glad we'd chosen this one. It is even lovelier in person, and the detailed engraving on this is incredible. This was also among the least expensive of the urns I'd looked at. It came with a lovely velvet bag (don't tug too hard on the tassels though--mine both fell apart), and many people at the service commented on how beautiful the urn was. Given the price, this really is a great purchase. Meanwhile, the funeral home wanted to charge 5-10x this for their urns. This was spacious, sturdy, and beautiful. Look no further.

Losing our Mom a few months ago was a shock. Aside from the sadness, there are so many things to sort out and take care of right away. While making the funeral arrangements, we didn't care for any of the urns at the funeral home. I do remember thinking the prices were pretty high, but I had no frame of reference....later, I googled something like "cremation urns" or something close to that, and this exact urn popped up, from Amazon, for less than $100. At first I thought there must be some mistake - the ones at the funeral home cost much more. The reviews were mostly positive, but more important than any of that was the fact that this particular urn had our mother written all over it. She would've absolutely loved it. I looked at literally hundreds more, but continually came back to this very first one that I sometimes wonder whether she helped choose .......it arrived promptly and was packaged nicely. Others have mentioned an odor but I didn't notice anything - the craftsmanship is beautiful, it had a nice weight to it, and the size was just right. When I consider all the others I looked at, I know Mom is looking down, just as happy as we are with the choice we made for her.....definitely 5 stars.....
