Chef Buddy Ceramic Handy Gourmet Cool Touch Microwave Bowl

This product is excellent for my father who is 97. He has lost sensation in his finger tips and often burns them when lifting normal bowls from the microwave. He tries to wrap a tea towel round the bowl and is in danger of dropping the bowl so this is a brilliant idea. However, when the bowl arrived, two of the lugs that hold the lid on had broken off. I don’t really want to return the item as we are desperate for its use and cannot really manage without it. Are you able to send a replacement lid? When will someone respond to my request.

I know it looks expensive ... but Ive had one five years ... still perfect and used twice a day at least ....maybe its a single person item... they should do a discount for a family of 4 set and I bet it would boost salesits one of those things you didn't know you needed ... now I wouldn't be without it Thanks

I am a widower, live on my own, just purchased a microwave through Amazon, and this is the perfect companion for it ! Absolutely thrilled. Delivery considering the problems we are having excellent.

It does what it says but I was disappointed that the plastic lid was stained by the soup - puts me off using it again.

I get fed up of burning my fingers and having a bowl that retains smells of previous meals. This is just perfect!
