Toasty, yet flexible, in 52 degree F waves
Read all the positive reviews, but was skeptical at the price point. Plus, new brand, nobody telling me to go get this. My dedicated surfer friends all said, no dude, go get Patagucci for $800. But I'm not *that* dedicated! Still, I like to get in the ocean at least every couple weeks year round. In Northern CA that can become... chillllllyyy.I found this brand while poking around on amazon, although I also looked on wetsuit warehouse a fair bit. But Prime "free" shipping is addictive as you probably know by now; you can try out a bunch of suits at home without waiting 2 weeks for shipping and then pay to ship them back. I ordered the M size, but found it a bit tight in the torso even though from an overall height perspective it was just within the listed range on their website. I emailed to ask the company and they said, yeah, that size is not right for you, no sweat, send it back on Prime and wait til the MT comes in stock. I kept returning to the product page and finally it was buyable. Boom! Three days later I had an MT.Once the surf cooperated (yesterday) I was able to give the suit an inaugural spin. And you know what? Great fit, not too hard to get suited up (no worse than any other new wetsuit), and most importantly, ittotally kept me warm in 52F, especially around my head and neck. That hood is thicker and really makes a diff when get through whitewash. As a hand-planing body surfer, mobility is super-important to me as well. Vs surfers who are half out of the water a lot, I'm submerged up to my head and swimming constantly. So both warm *and* flexible are must haves. How much of a burden would 5:4 turn out to be vs 4:3 (my usual)? Not a bit of it. I'm warmer and my motion is not restricted at all.My only nitpicks with this suit are: that the left shoulder lining seems to bunch up when you're getting the suit zipped up. Helps to have a buddy straighten it out for you. My tip to the company if they read this is, stiffer/thicker liner would be welcome. And, the chin part of the hood seems to rid down below my chin, which is OK by me because it keeps my neck totally warm, and I don't really enjoy pressure on my chin anyway. But I don't think that's the design intention. Conclusion: great wetsuit, esp at this price. Can't wait to try this suit out in the winter 45F waves!

The last wetsuit I’ll ever buy!
The media could not be loaded. Their wetsuit is solid! I was hesitant about getting such a thick wetsuit (5/4) but you can’t even tell! In my opinion it doesn’t feel much thicker than a 4/3 but it’s so freaking warm! The hood is sick too! It was my first time with a hood and you can definitely rock it hood off or hood on! You can still hear and everything si super mobile, not restricting at all. All in all a solid fit, goes on and off easily too! I’m 6’1” - 205lbs and I got an XL which seems to be the right size!

Warm and flexible
Wore this 2 hrs in 46 degree water and 40 air temp . The suit is easier to get out of than into but that is every chest zip suit . Compared to the last5mm hooded chest zips fromOneill and hyper flexThis suit is less restrictive paddling .

Most comfortable hooded suit I’ve ever had, it’s also very warm and stretchy. Will buy again for sure
The media could not be loaded. I am very impressed with this wetsuit, it is way more comfortable than any hooded wetsuit I’ve ever worn this one is warmer and doesn’t feel like I’m getting choked out like my last one that cost me almost $450 did. It’s warm it’s stretchy. It’s well designed. Definitely going to buy again.
