I used this for the first time to travel and to my dismay the zipper flew right off the track when closing. I literally had to rip it open to take out my contents. I am so disappointed. I missed the return window.

In my never-ending quest to outsmart the gate "personal item" police, I've tried just about every bag out there. This one ticks all the boxes: Washable (plane floors are disgusting), trolley sleeve slides easily over suitcase handles (required as far as I'm concerned), and a big empty space in the middle for all my STUFF. I do wish the interior pocket zipped but c'est la vie. It meets the size requirements for the majority of airlines I fly and the styling is such that any member of my household would find it useful. The interior fabric is of the kind that will inevitably wear out and tear but I'm okay with that at this price point (the exterior fabric is very sturdy). I believe a bag exists to protect the stuff inside it, so I don't want to spend a ton of money just to have the interior fabric that no one will ever see be extra durable. If you need a good personal item or a packable extra bag, this is a good choice.

It is comfy, it is waterproof, it is spacious and it is durable. Some bags start fraying, this one did not. Big fan of this, and it also serves as a great gift idea! Make sure it matches her style.

I like this duffle bag. I like the size. Can fit a big water bottle and folders. I needed a big bag in which I could have my water bottle, a folder, and items like planners. The bag can fit those items. One drawback is the handles are a little bit shorter. I wish they were a little bit longer
