I got this on sale directly from Klipsch and I loved it. Good design, looks beautiful in my living room. The app installed with no problems and I was able to connect my phone to it and set up different audio modes with the EQ. I tested the aux-in and USB option and it worked very good. Bass is not very heavy but sounds just ok. The only thing that I think can be improvesd is providing a WIFI connection, but I think there are several ways to do that. Now I'm thinking in having the Three Pluas to connect the two units via TWS, as it will provide stereo sound according to Klipsch site.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:When I first started listening to this speaker I was very disappointed. I expected more. I just let it play music while I did other things thinking that I would return it. Then I noticed the sound was totally different. It sounded like a different speaker. Nice highs and full lows. I had already paired it with my phone in an attempt to bring out the sound, but that didn't seem to help. What might have actually happened is that it just needed a little time to break in the speaker(s) a bit. After an hour of two of listening the speaker sounds great! It automatically connects to my PC without any issues and it is a great looking speaker as well. I highly recommend this as a PC speaker. I stream music while I work and it's perfect for this purpose.

Very substantial: it is hefty and appears well made. Easy to set up and control via the Klipsch app. The sound quality is good, but not outstanding. I had an older Klipsch docking system that lasted for years, but it honestly sounded a bit better. Overall good quality for the price.

I bought this for my new apartment after reading a NYT Wirecutter rave review, since I figured it's time to formalize my relationship with streaming audio, and let me tell you-- it does not disappoint! For a small component, this thing fills the room (and my apartment) with amazing sound. Jazz sounds heavenly. Rock and pop sound like you're in the recording studio. Classical sounds like you're fanning yourself in the orchestra seats. This thing's way better than Echo Studio. It's even better than the small Bose units that so many people use. It comes with an app that lets you fine tune the audio. But it's perfect right out of the box! Bonus: now that I know that you can set more than one up and synch them, I will be ordering another. 6 stars!

WOW!!!! I have been looking for a stand-alone Bluetooth speaker that sounds like a true 2-speaker stereo system speaker should, but that is small and portable and looks good in the house. This is absolutely it - the sound quality is great, it's powerful with a bass that you can feel in the floor, walls and your seat, and its looks are on point. Very, very happy with this. Also, I should point out that the One Plus speaker can also be combined with another One Plus speaker so you can actually have the 2 speaker set up if you want it. I may do that for pairing across multiple floors, or put one outside on days we're spending time outside, but for now this is EXACTLY what I was looking for.

HUGE letdown in sound. Heard many things from them before and normally they're all great so I bought this on sale for $150 assuming the same thing but it is definitely not. Only supports low res Bluetooth and even if you plug it in nothing just sounds detailed or great and you can't turn the bass up very loud before it starts to distort (Tried all kinds of EQ custom and defaul). Wish it was still in the return window honestly. It's just okay definitely not worth the $150 I paid for it. I have smaller and cheaper Bluetooth speakers that sound better than this. These two Soundcore speakers are much more enjoyable to listen to. Even the smaller one for only $80.

Great portable Bluetooth speaker Easy to connect and operate, as advertised. Sounds great as I expect from Klipsch does not have a battery,so must be plugged in, which I knew and doesn’t matter where I use it

The sound is terrible, even for what it is. There is a muddy quality to it that sounds worse than even $30 portable speakers. It's just bad. Looks good though.I'll try their 3s model.
