Update: Disappointed
Update: very good customer service. Replaced my defective bag. I like the bag very much!!!The zipper was very hard to zip. Very hard because of the stiffness on the top. I tried fixing it with the directions provided. Otherwise the shape and size and thickness is great. The zipper…. Was a real struggle

Not what I ordered
Item was sma!!er than I expected but serviceable. I order purple but got blue. I kept it anyway but would never order from this company again.

Cute bag but be careful
Love the bag but have two issues…one is it only opens up partially so if you’re putting Tupperware in it check the size. The other is the color. We ordered the blue and it’s actually a denim blue jean. Other than that , decent lunch bag.
