I purchased these gloves because I am not comfortable reaching into a hot oven. I also wanted something that would allow me to use my hands and have the full use of all of my fingers. These gloves are great. They can be washed in the washing machine and the silicone on them helps you grip things. It also acts as a fire repelant, so if you accidentally touch the bottom of the oven or something, which could cause the gloves to catch fire, they won't. These gloves are thin enough that you can still feel things through them which is very helpful. They are good for many other things besides just getting pans in and out of the oven. You can use them to protect your hands and wrists from greese when frying bacon. You can also use them to transport hot pans from the stove to a counter or table. If mine start to wear out or fray, which has happened a little because they got stuck on an oven wrack, I would deffinetly buy them again!

These kitchen gloves are amazing! I was a little skeptical about how they would handle the heat of a pan fresh out of the oven, but that quickly went away after testing them out and pulling the hot tray full of cookies from my oven and not getting burned one bit through these gloves. They have silicon feeling grips all over to help with the heat resistants along with providing excellent traction for holding onto those heavy pans. You don't have to worry about it slipping out of your hand like you might with regular oven mitts. I like how they have each individual finger so that you are able to do more while wearing them. I'll be getting my grandmother (who is constantly baking) a pair of these for Christmas.The seller was great to ship these quickly and packaged them so that they arrived in good condition. i have been looking for a nice pair of kitchen gloves / mits so when I found these I thought I would give them a try. I was very satisfied with the way that this product was packaged. Upon opening I noticed how think these gloves are. They are made of very durable material that should last a while. I decided to try them out I was very pleased at the fit of these gloves. I have used them several times and have felt no heat go through the gloves. What I recommend this product to someone? I like these. I am prone to burning myself so these are great. I like the fit of the glove. They are thick enough to protect and thin enough to still have full use of your and. I appreciate the silicone to help you grip the dishes. I appreciate they cover the wrist because that is where I tend to brush the hot oven. This work as hot pads too. The pink is nice if you like pink. Obviously targeted at women and that is ok I suppose. A neutral color would be nice as well. The boyfriend likes them except for the pink part. My husband and I absolutely love these gloves!! Makes pulling out extremely hot products out of the oven or handling hot pot handles a breeze! I was worried at first that these gloves would be too big for my small hands but they fit great, and fit my husband's hands great too! He was actually the first one to use them and he started loudly exclaiming how great these gloves were. Great quality, super thick, and I have yet to feel any hot spots in them. Even with normal oven mitts if the temperature was above 400 degrees I always had to rush taking things out so it wouldn't burn my hands. Thankfully, these are all the gloves I'll ever need in my kitchen! I can not say enough times what a wonderful product this is!

With most oven gloves and mitts, when you pick up something hot, you can still feel that heat through the material, and after a while, you need to put the item down somewhere. But with these grill gloves, every hint of heat was absorbed. I really don't think you'll find a better pair of oven gloves than these.
