Once I found somebody to do the soldering, the jackplug gave a second life to my ancient Walkman earphones. Good positive fit into smartphone socket.

As mentioned in a couple of other reviews, these should only be bought if you have the necessary equipment or four or five hands (not forgetting 20/20 vision). I failed miserably on my first ettempt and have not had the enthusiasm to attempt the job again, but I will give it another go when I get the chance.

It is a fiddly job due to the small size, but worked well and clear instructions on the listing.

Used to replace broken plug on some sony headphones. Provided you're fairly decent with a soldering iron it's quite do-able. The lugs take solder well and quickly so you can be in and out without meltdown. The inclusion of the shrinkwrap is a nice touch. My 8yr old son is chuffed with the repair to his favourite cans! - hint: FOLLOW the instructions in the listing. when finished the plug really looks the part and feels nice and solid.

Very fiddly to solder thin wires on, even for a very experienced electronics engineer. I doubt the connection will last more than a few days. Money wasted unfortunately.

I can solder, you have solder joints rapidly or you will melt the plastic, very tight fit for all the wires.

Well made and look great, but the soldering of these is *really difficult* due to the tiny contact areas and really small form factor.I used a pair of these 3.5mm trs to turn one of the cheap but beautiful Linsoul IEM headphone cables into balanced cables to use with HiFiman Sundara and a Hidizs s9 portable ‘phone’ DAC. I eventually managed to do it neatly and securely but I found it no easier than micro soldering inside an iPhone.The finished result is excellent though, saved some money on cables I didn’t like the look of, and gave me something apparently not available on Amazon or eBay.

The wires to my speakers would not fit through the access hole without pulling with pliers and there is not enough space to pull the metal cover over the soldered joints. You also need bionic eyes to solder it cleanly. Absolutely useless, I have junked it and will buy a wider replacement.

weiß nicht warum alle sagen es sei so schwer ich löte nicht oft trotzdem fand ich es nicht schwer (lack vom kabel entfernen lötkolben auf 375grad) beim anlöten runter auf 250 bis 300 grad

Prodotto di buona fattura . L' ho utilizzato per assemblare un cavo per la cuffia Beyerdinamic T1 2nd . Il corpo del connettore è abbastanza sottile da permettere l' aggancio nei padiglioni della cuffia . Bisogna fare attenzione a non tenere tropo il saldatore a contatto con i poli altrimenti l' isolante interno tende a fondersi .

Work well with mogami cables, used for making custom headphone cables. The shells just barely fit over 5/32" paracord (can't use the normal strain relief). Has worked great so far with both cables I've done.

Très bon produit. Nécessite en effet des talents de soudeur. Les contacts sont très petit il faut faire très attention. Mais si on est soigneux on y arrive et le résultat est super.

Jacks beaucoup trop fin, non adapté à tous les câbles loin de là, à prendre si vous êtes un pro de la soudure avec des yeux de lynx. Et que vous avez un câble super fin. Câble de casque CIRCUM-AURAL à proscrire systématiquement.
