When it worked it was great but after about a week after the return period ended it stopped working and will turn on for only a minute and just dump water onto the floor. Followed all maintenance guidelines. Not able to contact support through email and the website doesn’t work.

I am in love with this 3 in 1 vacuum. It save me so much time during cleaning. It is not heavy at all. Runs smoothly. One water tank is enough to clean my house.

I fell for the frequently bought together package , thinking I'm getting extra rollers and filters. Turns out, the filter package is for another vacuum and had to be returned. Then I find that I cannot get the roller replacements for this vacuum for under 50 dollars, not including the filters which i cannot find at all. This vacuum does what it promises,but needs frequent water refills and constant dirty water dumpings. I could have just mopped the floor and been done with it ,in the first place. 'good grief!'

I absolutely love this vacuum mop combo! It picked up all the pets mess and more. The only down side it it only came with 1 roller and this unit does not have a self drying feature. I have to take the roller off and leave it off for 2 days in order for it to air out. Leaving me with the option to use it for that time frame. I went To purchase more but the manufacturer does not have it available and I cant Find another brand that will fit. Unfortunately I have To return and purchase a different brand for this reason only.

I was concerned about having replacement parts so I emailed the company and Eddie was very responsive. Email questions or concerns and register for a replacement head and filter free at support@inxni.shop. They will have more filters and replacement roller heads on here soon again he just assured me via email. So I will keep you updated, they are sending me a free replacement roller and filter and have me registered with warranty with the manufacturer. So far I am very impressed with the machine and Eddie from the support@inxni.shop customer support. I did see they are available on the Walmart website as well. 35 bucks for one roller head and one filter. I ordered a set called Main Roller Brush Filter Replacement Set for Ultenic for AC1 Elite Vacuum(1x Main Roller Brush + 2 x Filter) on here yesterday. They will be here early June. I will let you know if it works. Maybe it's over kill but I have one original roller, it's perfect with use as I clean it with the machine and pull it out to dry at every use same with the filter. I have an extra set I ordered with the machine, they are sending me a free set with warranty registration says on a card inside the box to do that and now I have these coming. I purchased this product in January with great enthusiasm and excitement. However, my enthusiasm quickly dissipated when the product broke after only two months of ownership. Despite being a heavy user, I believe the product should have lasted longer. I contacted the manufacturer, and after initially sending me a used unit that did not work even after troubleshooting per their instructions, they finally sent me a brand-new unit. I had several back-and-forth emails with the company during this process.Unfortunately, the tank later cracked, and I was informed that it was apparently my fault for using hot water, even though the instructions never explicitly stated not to do so. They subsequently sent me a replacement tank. However, the unit has now completely broken down again, this time within eight months of purchase.I sent an email to the manufacturer expressing my dissatisfaction, but I have not received any response. I feel compelled to warn potential customers about the poor quality and durability of this product.
