This bar is strong and solid. I bought the resistance bands to used with it. It’s is a good sturdy bar.

I was slightly concerned going with this bar, when others are 40, 50, and 60.It's often the case you get what you pay for - but pondering on the simplicity of this item, I decided to "take a chance" on this less expensive version.I've hooked it up to 2x50lb and 1x30lb band for seated cable rows for back, so "130lbs" and the bar has performed very nicely.I was actually disappointed that my eye hooks are black instead of red as pictured, but other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.Also, pay attention to how you thread these, they actually only fit one way tightly. This should be labeled before we receive it, on the bar itself somehow.It's in the item description though at leadt, I have posted a screenshot.

I like fact that I can break it down and it can travel with me.

I was kind of expecting the bar to be thin and not very sturdy, but I was wrong. It seems like it will handle multiple heavy bands with no issues. I’ve only put 90 pounds worth of bands on the bar so far and it handled the tension easily. I plan on trying with 200 pounds and see how well it does. But so far I’m impressed!!

This is one of my go to golf stretches. I attach to a fitness band and do various rotational exercises before heading to the golf course

At first glance, the bar feels really nice. Comfortable grip, smooth construction, however the bar was completely bent after my first workout with it. I had only put 100 lb on the bar Max and I was disappointed to find that the end pieces no longer fit tightly to the middle piece. I know you get what you pay for and this definitely fits that bill. Do not buy if you are looking for a quality Resistance band bar that can handle anything over 100lbs resistance.
