Big, spring is adjustable, the desk mount piece is very heavily build, the cable management is good, getting a thick displayport cable and a thin power cable through is difficult but doable. I even like the plastic clips on the vertical posts.

Everything worked okay no problems noted.

The parts all feel very sturdy, and fit well, hold in place nicely (with the exception of the below situation).BUT when you go the "bolt through desk hole" route using the M8 carriage bolt option (labeled part "O"), the neoprene rubber under the mounting plate is not sufficient to prevent the whole thing from rotating when you readjust the arm.This is a simple fix, via one of two ways:1) If your existing hole is close enough to the edge that you can attach the brace (labeled part "D"), this is sufficient to prevent this.2) If your existing hole is too far from the edge, or you are making your own mounting spot, there are two size M6 holes that you would normally mount the brace "D" to. I just drilled two additional holes (~ size 7/32" drill bits) into the table at those locations and used two M6 bolts of sufficient length and secured them under the table with two wingnuts (or normal nuts, whatever you have).Hitting it for 1 star because of the smoothness of the neoprene rubber and lack of hardware to secure the plate from rotating should you need to use the carriage bolt "D" option.Otherwise great so far!Edit: Bought a second one, and added a sheet of 3m rubber with a sticky side under the plate; the existing foam padding under is too slick and slides if you are using the clamp. A sheet of 3m rubber locks it into place perfectly.

This stand has 2 issues. 1)The part that connects the arm to the stanchion is plastic, seriously, its plastic. This causes the monitor to wobble if you hit the desk or someone walks by and you're not on a concrete floor. I have other very similar stands that the metal arm itself goes on the stanchion vs connecting to a plastic part that then goes on the stanchion and they're rock solid. 2) the left and right swivel for the monitor itself is very loose and does not adjust... the up and down tension adjusts, but the left and right does not. It's not bad enough to return, but I will not order another one.

Its ok but it really drives me insane. Wont stay still and keeps moving left making the monitor move away from me because the piece just behind the monitor panel cannot be tightened. Very annoying product I would return it if I could but I bought it in October 2024. Recommend to find something else.

Annoying to put together other brands have the mount pre installed. The way the arms were packaged under tension is DANGEROUS and uncool. Finicky design. It's not a bad arm it'll work but not the best quality either. I opted to return and bought a different brand which is nicer and much less fuss to put togeher and I'm happy.
