The towels does just as they advertise. After wetting them down and wringing it, the towel is very cool. The nice thing about this towel is that you can snap the towel after it has warmed up a bit and it will get cool again. This is a very nice accessory for hot Texas summers. On the downside, the first time I wet it there was some color bleed. I have not washed it yet but that is why it gets 4 stars. Additionally, I would like to have more color options.

These are great cooing towels and the colors are simply beautiful. This is great when you go hiking, for walks, to the gym or keep it in your car or purse. You will not be disappointed plus I love them which our great for the price. I love the material that it is not cheap and what I like about it is that you get two towrls. So glad I got these

This is a great towel. It feels like air conditioning for hours. Can be draped many ways. Keeps me cool for hours. I highly recommend it. Love it.

I was very skeptical when I purchased this because I just did not understand how a towel was going to stay cool... It's pretty awesome and works! My husband works in the oilfield so he's out in the hot sun sometimes for 12+ hours absolutely miserable from the heat and is always looking for ways to stay cooled off. I sent him to work with this towel and called me racing about it and wants me to pick up a few more for him. I myself spend a lot of time out at the lake and easily get sick if I get too hot. This past weekend my family and I went camping out at the lake when I started to feel a little nauseous. I grabbed the towel, got it wet, and shook it a little and instantly started cooling me off. The cooling lasted a good while too. Highly recommend giving it a try. It will be amazing for working out as well.

Easy way to keep cool on a hot day. These towels do not leave you feeling sticky or damp. Once it warms up give it a quick whirl and it is cool again. If I found it didn't cool down as much as I needed a quick splash of cold water reactivated it.
