I made a great choice purchasing this product. I use this machine daily. This product help my joints..help my entire body from head to feet. My daughter Angel purchased it first. I fell in love with this product when I used her machine. Right away, I knew that I had to purchase my own. This machine do so many helpful things to the body and mind. It's is a must have product. Water bottle used to show size. I love this thing...it's super easy to operate...plug it in, and then choose your setting (there are multiple speeds and a number of pre-programmed sets that are 10min long...these work like a treadmill pre set thingy as it varies the intensity/speed at varied intervals). It's cute as all get out, so it doesn't look all dumpy in the living room.Decades (many decades ago) women used vibrating bands to help with their overall shape. I figured I'd give it a go as well, 😆. Definitely wakes your body up. The set comes with resistance bands and the like, so this is truly the easiest 'I hate workouts' workout known to modern day man! I like that the spacing of my feet determines the area that is vibrated, and you can genuinely feel it. The instruction book is super comprehensive and easy to useWhen this arrived, my husband asked what it was, and I told him it was my mega adorable vibrator 😆 , he had a look of confusion, shock and then got a huge smile when he saw it unpacked....so silly!

Effective and no issues at all. The cat is cute. My daughter uses it for our dog’s hips and the dog loves it. Recommend.

I really noticed a difference right away. My skin is smoother/tighter around my butt and thighs.I also see my abs changing. I squeeze for 10 seconds then relax for 10 seconds. My core needs this strengthening to help improve my balance.I used to use the Beauty Angel at Planet Fitness (pre-COVID), but I like that this Vibration plate has higher settings.I’m on supplemental oxygen and purchased this to get my blood flowing and improve my circulation. So far, I have used this in 10 min sessions 3 times throughout the day.The only thing I had problems with is the cord. It seems to shake loose sometimes.

Due to COVID Gyms have been shut down for months and I have unfortunately packed on about 25 - 30 pounds since working from home. A friend has a vibration plate he uses for exercise and recommended it to me. After reading other reviews about the potential benefits of whole-body vibration, I decided to try one out. This one had a good price and a nice combination of features, which is what made me choose it. In about 20 minutes I can get a full body workout. It’s quite heavy which you’d expect as it’s very well made and high quality. It does have very strong suction cups on the bottom to ensure that when in use it doesn’t move which I think is a great and necessary design feature. There are also attachable bands that work the upper body when you stand on it to help with arm strength. I love the fact that I was able to use it right out of the box and that it was very easy to set up. Everyone in the whole family has been able to use it, so it is very compatible for anyone. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to get into shape!!

I’m 46 years old and I suffer from diabetes and fibromyalgia. My fibromyalgia came on suddenly a few years ago and changed my life. I saw this product and read reviews and thought at this point I’m willing to try anything. I love my vibration plate! I am building strength and stamina, my pain is at an all time low, and the swelling in my feet and legs has disappeared. This has been a game changer! I look forward to using it every day! I started feeling a difference after the 1st use and seeing a difference in muscle tone in only a few days. My daughter is now using it everyday to get in a quick workout and loves it as well! I can’t say enough about how much I love this thing💕

This is a great vibration plate. Works well and lots of accessories. I don’t use the resistance bands on the plate but I have used the cables for arm work. Had this for 2 years and it still works well.

I actually returned it, I should have done more research. If you have or had kidney stones it’s not recommend.
