The description isn't clear based on the product photo.
This product is very dark green or 5 times darker than the photo. The flavor is more green flavored than pure noni juice. The description should mention this is green noni with seeds and be prepared to have the taste and look of earth in your smoothie.

Healthy Fruit Powder
LILY OF THE VALLEY Noni Fruit Powder:This Fruit Powder is (as can be seen from the suppliers listing) a brown color and has the tendency to turn whatever you mix it with to that same color, a sort of watery muddy color. We found this to be a little negative aesthetically. We thought we would probably want to put a couple of drops of food coloring in future drinks, so we find them a little less visually off-putting. We also realized that, if the drink (with the powder added) wasn't in a glass, through which it is very visible, the unappealing nature of the color would be less impactful. On the plus side, we didn't notice any change in flavor when the powder was mixed into a fruit smoothie, it just changed the color. When we mixed the powder with just water, we didn't think it had a sufficiently pleasant taste, not 'bad', just 'blah'. Therefore, we don't recommend you consume it with just water, better to mix it with some other flavored juice or drink, then it's fine.We like that it's organic and made with and in a much more naturally conscious way.

Bland Taste
This had an off-putting smell and color but it wasn't as bad as I though it would be. It was neither good nor bad flavor; just bland.

Noni Fruit Powder
I wasn't very sure about the flavor as some others had described it as tasting cheesy, which I think I tasted but it could have just been in my mind. It has a brown color to it which I know tends to make smoothies the same color. I had mixed this with spirulina so the color turned out to just be green. The flavor is like a mixed bag, you might not like it at all or it could taste bland. You just have to know what you like and dislike, definitely mixing this with fruits is the way to go.

Slightly bitter earthy flavor you may need to add something sweet to it for smoothies
Intrigued after reading about noni fruit and it's potential health benefits along with the curiosity to try it I picked up a bag of the LILY OF THE VALLEY Noni Fruit Powder. I did tap my finger in the powder to taste it and it had a slightly bitter flavor. My intention for use leaned towards my smoothies I make. I chopped up bananas and strawberries and added some coconut milk along with some of the powder. It mixed up well in my blender. Isn't the color that a person would necessarily think of as appetizing to look at it is colored like the powder. I sipped a couple times and the bitter flavor was still present along with an earthy note too. It wasn't unpleasant per say just different. I think adding sweetness to it will make it welll more pleasant to drink.

Noni Fruit Powder – Healthy Addition to Diet
I don’t drink smoothies, probably the typical way to get a daily dose (or periodic dose) of this. It is ground into a very fine powder, probably with intention of smoothies being typical.I eat a primarily plant-based diet and like to introduce as much diversity into this diet as possible. Adding new foods => great. Superfoods that I have never heard of from other countries; I am going to order and try. When I introduce something new into my diet based on potential health benefits, I prefer something that at least looks like it came from the natural product. Freeze-dried 100% organic Noni Fruit and then crushed into powder; I can at least imagine it was once fruit (vs. an extract or supplement). It is about the color of dirt. I mixed up a scoop directly in water to understand the taste… That is about what it tastes like too; dirt. Not offensive, but not something you are going to enjoy drinking either.I am unlikely to use this daily but will simply add to my diet as a diverse plant-based diet. Probably with something else, not by itself. Mine is dated August 2025 expiration, so I have some time.

Tastes kinda like dirt
I wouldn't recommend adding this to plain water, since it has a bit of a dirt taste to it (not too strong, but still not pleasant). It was okay mixed in with a flavored energy drink, but it didn't dissolve fully in it so it made the beverage have a bit of a grainy texture. Maybe it'd dissolve/mix in better with a different kind of beverage.
