Overall I like this hat. It's wide enough to block the sun from my face as I've had several skin cancer and pre-skin cancer items removed. The breathable holes in it are up high enough so my forehead is still protected and they blend in really well and are not noticeable as other hats I looked at. My hat size is 7 1/4 and this hat fits pretty snug therefore I do not have to use the tightening strap in the back so take that into consideration when purchasing it. Maybe it will stretch out some in time but I don't know yet. It came folded in half in a very flat box and I've had to store it inside out in hopes of removing the two distinct creases in it. Otherwise, it was a good selection for me and I would buy it again.

The neck strap is about 6-8 inches too short to use to hold this hat behind your back when you are not wearing it. I used some Wrights double fold bias tape to make a longer neck strap. Good value for money for under ten bucks. Not very many problems can arise for China in the making of a hat.

I have a big head and this hat easily fits. The brim is also large to help protect your neck from sunburn
