I requested several Rainbow Designs soft toys in various shapes and sizes. This bear is the largest at 12.8”. I’m very impressed with Rainbow Designs products and this one is no exception. This bear is very, very soft, cuddly and squishy. It’s suitable from birth and has a sewn on patch on his leg saying ‘My First Friend’. Based purely on its size, I think the bear might be better suited to toddler + ages but that’s just my opinion. It’s well made from a fur like fabric and is hand washable and air dry. Another positive is that the eyes are sewn on very securely, so there are no buttons to fall off.I really like this bear and, given its size, I think it’s fairly priced. It would make a lovely gift for a new baby or for a child’s birthday. Any child will be delighted with it and I definitely recommend it.

I'm expecting my daughter to have our first grandchild soon and I'm keen for he or she to have their first teddy bear. There are many teddy bears available on Amazon but this one appealed because it seemed to be a quality bear with gender neutral colours. It also seems to be unique.When the bear arrived it is attractive and indeed of a good quality, it is very very soft and appears to be quite well made. I can't wait to give it to my grandchild who I'm sure will be delighted with it. However, although it is advertised as suitable for newborn babies, before giving it, I shall wait until I judge that the child is old enough to appreciate it. It sits at approximately 32cm tall, as big if not bigger than most newborn babies.Whilst there are cheaper teddy bears on Amazon I think this one is worth paying the extra for and consider it to be competitive with similar quality bears.

This cuddly bear toy arrived in a simple plastic bag, so although the bear itself is suitable for gifting I would suggest that you find an alternative way to present it if choosing to gift. However, it did available with the appropriate safety CE tag in place.The plush bear toy measures approximately 28cm in height (which is quite sizeable) and is the perfect companion for younger children whilst also being suitable from birth as it has embroidered eyes. It can also sit upright by itself too and the bear is well made / proportioned.The bear is made from a super soft short plush in an ivory colour which is perfect for sensitive skin and is very cuddly with a lovely strokable texture. The plush doesn’t shed at all and the bear features a turquoise grosgrain ribbon around its neck as well as a ‘My First Friend’ patch on the bears foot in a matching turquoise colour.The interior filling is also made from 100% recycled water bottles which is a lovely nod at being eco conscious. The unisex design, coupled with strong stitching and premium quality, makes it a lovely gift. It is worth noting that that cleaning instructions state that the toy is washable by hand and that it should be air dried. Priced at £24.99 at the time of reviewing, this cuddly toy is perfect for gifting at a baby shower and would make an ideal companion for a young child.

I got a few of those brands soft toys and one thing I can safely say is they're really great quality. This bear is no exception.Once you get your hands on this bear you'll not want to put it down.The look and design of the bear is cute and you'll see how it is really well made. Which is essential if you're giving it to you child or baby.It is also so soft like really soft. Perfect again for young children and babies. But realistically you'll probably want to keep it for yourself.Absolutely no complaints with this and I'd definitely recommend getting it. It's really nice toy and would make a great gift as well.

This is a beautiful teddy bear that would make a lovely gift for a newborn baby. Suitable for either gender, it has a lovely my first friend patch on one foot with a cute ribbon around its neck. It is a little light in colour so is probably going to need a few washes and is a little pricey at £24.99 but I do think it’s worth it as you are likely buying a sentimental gift with this bear and not just another teddy!

This Pure White Bear is simply gorgeous and so soft to touch, i love that the ribbon and embroidered stitching is turquoise in colour which makes the teddy suitable for either a boy or girl. The teddy bear is a great size at 28cm making it just the right size for cuddles however it may be a little on the large size for a newborn but will look great in a nursery sat on a dresser for when they old enough to play/cuddle with this. Overall a high quality plush teddy and is made by a small UK Business.

The Rainbow Designs My First Bear Soft Toy is one of the softest bears our little one has owned and has been instantly loved from the off, even making a great first impression on much older ones due to just how cute it is.The design makes the most out of its simplicity, with small details like the blue ribbon and my first friend foot stamp decal really standing out in the best of ways.It is a Snow White bear, so if it becomes a firm favourite there’s always the dread of surviving a good clean, I’ll probably stick to careful hand cleaning but I doubt the fur will stay as soft as it arrives for too long actual play time.
