Cheap rubbish
Returning as it just doesn't do the job, the single arm/leg toner seem to work okish but ab toner is a waste of time on full power and all programs its a slight tingle nothing else, waste of money buy slender tone or similar this is cheap for a reason. i bought after reading reviews i doubt there legit

Worth the money
Absolutely loving this ab trainer. Have tried it out all week and I'm well impressed. The continuous eletricity keep toning your muscle, as much as you are doing a workout. Besides, it not only works for your belly but your flabby bits under your arms and your thigh, the whole body toning speeds up the result. A happy customer here!

Disappointed in this item the effect is more of a tingle than a work out and localised. Fors not seem to activate the whole of your six pack just the middle
