A little bit. But you want it a little salty. The best way I found to use it is to mix 1/4 cup of brisket injection to 1 cup of liquid beef bouillon.

It is about 1 pound per ounce so this one will be good for twelve pounds. This is twelve pounds of trimmed meat. I used this on a 14 pound brisket that I trimmed about 2 pounds of fat off.
