Frays
I use this gait belt for my teenager when he has seizures, to help lift after and transfers. If you adjust the length more than a couple times, outer edge begin to fray. It's pretty thick as far as gait belts go, so heavy duty but also bulky. Snap is still snappy, works well after hard use. If it didn't fray I'd give 5 stars. It'd be great for occasional use only.
