Works great love it good buy

Bought this machine on Wayfair because you can purchase a warranty with it. First machine didn't work (beater wouldn't spin and no sound of a motor turning on) Got sent a replacement and same thing, not working. I hit all the buttons and the motor won't turn on, the beaters won't spin. Am I not doing something? Vevor customer service is a joke. If ANYONE has had this issue and knows how to solve it, please help.

Machine work’s wonderful,I’m impressed!One thing though, check you voltage over a several day period. It shuts down at 242 volts to protect itself.it is easy to remedy with a transformer, but be aware it is an added expense!

Makes a few ounces every few minutes. After 2 quarts of ice cream says it needs more mix.. not good for commercial setting really unhappy with this machine and didnt unbox it until june 8th and return ended may 18th so dont buy of you meed production possible good for home.

The media could not be loaded. Down grading my review !!!Great machine easy use . Delivery was not as indicated but the ice cream made up for that part . Scheduled delivery and they came and dropped before I was home outside of delivery time . A great addition to my rental business !The down side I noticed an ice taste to the icecream and tried to contact support .They do not have decent customer support . Email only no number to call and trouble shoot . It takes days for them to response and does not address the issue .I

Once we had it set up and running, it was great! Rather noisy to make the ice cream.
