This is the handiest and best of the many portable dog water bottles we've tried. Love that it can reverse and let any water left in the drinking part go back into the storage part so you don't waste water. Our dogs quickly learned to love it and both drink willingly from it on any walk or warmer day.The ONLY small issue to be aware of is that it can be very hard to unscrew the top half to refill the water or to clean it. If you tighten it just enough to make sure the water doesn't leak, then it takes a lot of effort to unscrew it again. If you leave it to loose so that it will be easier to unscrew, then the whole thing leaks in your car or backpack. Hope they will eventually redesign the screw threads or gasket to be easier to loosen it.

Find this little thing works very well, have only had a chance to use it a couple of times but the dog seems to use it well, I like the fact that if she doesn't drink all the water I can put it back into the bottle and yes it's not very hygienic but it works while I'm outside and it's quick, it washes well and like the wrist holder as it makes the walks and playtime easier. So for me it's a yes and if problems arise I'll come back and add to this.

I have used this bottle so many times. I had been using a small collapsible bowl for when we are in the car but it's a pain when she doesn't drink it all. Love that you can hold the button down and the water goes back in. I take it with us anytime we take her out with us. It doesn't leak either. Super happy with my purchase.

My dog is only 7 pounds and she thinks that drinking out of her little pink cup is the biggest treat in the world. It makes her feel special. I love it it’s nice to make her so happy with such a little thing. And it hardly weighs anything not too hard to carry around plus great value for the money.

I walk two beautiful dogs as a registered volunteer dog-walker for The Cinnamon Trust. They have both had drinks from this bottle without any hesitation - a good sign that as far as their discerning taste buds are concerned, the water is clean and fresh.It's very easy to control the flow of water into the drinking end, and with no waste either if I have dispensed a bit too much - simply let it flow back into the bottle. Very easy to control so that any bits of dirt can be kept out of the return flow and then tipped out. The bottle is easy to open for filling and cleaning, fits easily into a bottle holder on various bumbags and is a must for my little friends. It's such a hit, the owners bought one too for their other volunteers!It's definitely not for long days out, at least not on a single fill, but if you are able to top up while away from home then your furry friends will enjoy wetting their whistle all day long from this item. Well worth the many positive reviews.
