I like the design and cartridge replacement process. I accidentally over tightened the center part that holds the filter and it made it leak in the center seam. So, I unscrewed it and found there is a soft rubber seal or gasket in there that was scrunched up from me over tightening it. Once I pulled that out and gently pushed it all the way around so it was nice and flat, it fixed the leaking issue. They give you a couple more, which is great! I couldn't imagine trying to search for that size on my own! Mine worked perfectly with my basement shower as shown, I threw two different shower head pieces together to make this setup. So, if it fits this scenario, you're probably good to go! LOLMy goal was to stop absorbing chlorine when I shower or even shower my dog. I'm curious if my dog itches less, because I'm not pooring chlorine all over them. It's amazing how fast our skin can absorb chlorine, I'm done with it and I'm anxious to see how it helps! For this price, just grab one and put it somewhere, where it works. If you like the results, then think about saving for a whole house or under the sink filter next! That's my plan and I'm sticking to it!👍

This surely does what I need it to😇 before it, no matter what moisturizers I'd apply to my hair, it would end up feeling like dry, brittle straw... After I installed this filter, which was as easy as just twisting it on, my hair feels softer and the most manageable and it's ever been in my life. I'm fact, I hadn't noticed how dry and chemical affected my skin was. I was used to it, but after my first shower with this filter, my skin felt like a baby's bottom, all soft and without the film of chlorine, fluoride, and all the other crap we don't even think about... First time I'd had that softness,I couldn't stop actually running my fingers through my hair, something I can't normally ever do, it made my whole day, and I've enjoyed it since😄 now that I'm treating my body better, I'll never go back to no filter, and I'm certainly not interested in trying any other brand; I can't imagine anything else to be as good. My only regret, or what I'd change about it would be to have discovered this filter earlier in my life. But it's a permanent product that I'm continue to use forever, wherever I live😆

I noticed the difference. We bought a 15-stage when originally and immediately returned it and bought this one instead. We live in a super old building with super old pipes and it makes a noticeable difference

This filter is so easy to install! No leaks- no complaints!! I love this filter it makes my water feel so much better which makes my hair and skin feel better! My hair doesn’t get dried out and tangly and my color last soooooo much longer without brassiness. This is the best!!

I have very sensitive skin and I have eczema as well and when I didn’t have the filter my skin was cracking and very itchy. But since I got the filter my skin is not itchy and my skin looks better.

This worked really well for about 2-3 weeks. I hadn't noticed that the water pressure had slowly been decreasing until the day that I colored my hair jet black. What a mess I made! The water was barely removing the hair color because there was no water pressure. I didn't know whether to wait for the trickle of water coming out of the showerhead to remove all of the hair color, or to remove the filter. I decided to remove the filter, but not before big drops of hair dyed water stained every inch of my bathroom. When I removed the filter, it looked like the screen was clogged. I debated cleaning the screen and putting the filter back, or just removing it and buying a different brand. I decided to research another brand. When I put the showerhead back on (without the filter), the water pressure was back full force and I was finally able to finish showering and removing the hair color. It was good while it lasted, but you get what you pay for. 2 - 3 weeks is not long enough for a shower filter to work. No one wants to tinker with plumbing that often!

My plumber tried to install the filter and it was leaking. He switched out the “O” ring and now it is working just fine. I want to add that the seller reached out to me based on my previous review which was very nice of them.
