SmellGood -3 Pack African Shea Butter 16oz Ivory

I love this stuff! I used this for my previous pregnancies and had to order for my present one. I found the African Shea butter worked better than cocoa butter. Cocoa butter made me itch like crazy. And I had to keep reapplying all thru the day. The African Shea butter on its own is pretty thick with a distinct smell. Not a bad odor. To soften the butter, I mix 1/2 container African Shea butter(melted) with 3/4 cup coconut oil. I keep it refrigerated. The bonus, it now smells so much better.

Works great but very stinky! I melted it down and added essential oils which made it smell much better. I used on my tummy for stretch marks during pregnancy. If I would have started sooner it would have done tons of good. As it was I already had some stretch marks which it lightened up and I don't think I got as many more as I would have without this!

The smell and consistency seem to mirror the blocks of expensive Shea butter I am accustomed to. However, the price is so unbelievable.I usually pay around $13 for a pound of unrefined Shea. I'm giving it four stars, because it's too good to be true, and in one of the containers their was some black spots on top of the Shea. I'm hoping it wasn't mold. I will definitely purchase again!

After ordering form other retailers who advertise Ivory shea butter only to receive the yellow which I hate. I started ordering from another site. But since I've been on a budget. I wanted to find shea butter at a decent price with good quality. Decided to try amazon again and and came across smellgood and noticed a lot of great reviews so I decided to give it a try. OMG I was so relieved that it was as advertised IVORY and it soft enough for me to spoon out so that I can make my shea butter mixture. I am In love and I will definitely repurchase from the vendor.

Ok.... So this is the worst smelling (similar to wet tobacco), thickest, and most gritty Shea Butter that I have ever purchased. Does that mean that it is more natural and less processed? More raw? Maybe, but I don't like it... I will probably not be purchasing again. But it does still have the same benefits and it is a good amount for the price I suppose.

Is exactly what it is supposed to be. It looks, feels and smells like raw shea butter. Product looks exactly as pictured. Bought it to mix with coconut oil and essential oils to create body butter moisturizing creams. No complaints. Would consider buying it again when I run out.

I have been using this as my only moisture from for 3 years. I am 58 and had horrible brown spots on my face from living in Daytona Beach. Within 3 weeks- gone. I rub it on my face- wait 5 min and dab off the excess. Buying 150.00 products is a waste of money. It does wonders on your neck, also.

I was excited about this purchase since 8oz normally costs me $7, twice as much for a little more right? Not really.. I feel as if I wasted my money. Item wasnt as advertised. I didn't receive a smellgood brand of Shea butter as pictured, it was RA and it smelled burnt, or rancid and it was also a mix of a gold yellow and a pale yellow-ish. What a waste of my money... I'm actually scared to put it on my face as my skin is super sensitive.. It's going in the trash 😤😏
