There's something wonderfully nostalgic about opening a box filled with those childhood favourites. This sweet selection really struck a chord, offering a delightful mix of retro treats that evoked fond memories for both me and my children. Whether it was the tangy chew bars or the fizzy sours, the variety was just right, even if some, like Rainbow Drops, aren't quite as tasty as I remembered. It’s a delightful gift, especially when you want to surprise someone with a little taste of the past. The packaging was sturdy, making it easy to send directly through the letterbox. One small point, some of the sweets, although marked as UK-origin, are actually made in Spain and Pakistan, but that didn’t detract from the enjoyment. It worked well as a charming return gift for my daughter's birthday, receiving loads of positive feedback from her friends. A great choice for any sweet lover’s occasion.

This box contains a nice selection of some sweets that bring back fond memories. If you're considering buying this, you probably already know most, if not all, of these sweets, and while the packaging for some of them is a bit different from when I was a kid, the sweets themselves still taste just as good.This is an ideal gift for someone of a certain age, or as a stocking filler.

My box contained the whole selection as listed and came supplied in a sturdy gift-box. The sweets all had a good date on them with the shortest still being 6 months away.Worth noting that although country of origin is given as United Kingdom, some of the sweets are made in Pakistan and Spain.

I purchased this item and was delivered on 1st 0ct 2024 expiry date was 30/4/2024 so can’t give as gifts of use as nearly 6 months out of date and it is not valid for return or replacement as per policy just money down the drain!

Mini sweet hamper, ideal if you wanted a small letter box gift for someone or if you wanted a small treat box to put inside your own made hamper. You get 12 different types of sweets inside the box; they are mostly a selection of fizzy sour sweets which range from chew bars, rainbow drops and fizzy dips. All the items inside the box are well dated and ideal for any occasion. All the sweets tasted as they should and I was very happy with the variety.

I received this retro box of sweets, and I'm very happy with them. It's a nice assortment of these traditional branded sweets.They have a long best before date on them, they will be long gone by then though!Boxed as to fit through a letterbox, so if you are buying them for a gift they will easily mail.I would recommend.
