DIDN'T WORK
I got this to replace a Salton expresso maker I had for about 20 years. The Salton was simplicity itself to operate but operating the GranGaggia is an absurdly complicated business. After a great deal of aggravation I still couldn't get a single drop of coffee out of it. The seller was very good and offered me a replacement or refund.

Water not pumping fix
Just as a reply to the owner who wouldn't get the machine to work. To pump water through the system (if it's run dry) it's best to heat the machine and run water through the steam nozzle. I found this always work.
