Q: My device has stopped charging, how do i get it repaired?

Hi, if your vaporizer is still within the 2 years warranty period we advise you to contact the Amazon vendor you bought the vaporizer from. Or claim for a faulty product via your Amazon account and Amazon will send you a return free slip to return your product.

Q: why do the instructions give instruction using the chamber and without using the chamber ?

The chambers provided are for convenience more than anything to save you trying to load up on the go. You can use the vape without the chamber by inserting the gauze and loading bud straight in but this may cause a resin build up a lot quicker that using the chambers. Secondly there is a specific chamber for wax and oils, ( the one with cotton inside) you will definitely need to use this as loading wax directly into the chamber will more than likely cause problems.

Q: Hi I bought this product back I may and already the inner plastic in the mouth piece has cracked? I don’t feel the amount this has lasted well?

I had the same experience! But you can buy a replacement online via amazon!

Hi, there are two times of screens in the package of the Aura Vaporizer. The smaller screens are for the mouthpiece. The bigger ones are for the herb chamber. At GreenTraders we advise using the herb chamber screens when you don't use the herb pod for your herbs.
