A good, simple exercise log book
This log book meets my needs because I don't have time to do really extended workouts. If you do, you'd probably want a book with more entry spaces. If you purchase this log book(s), just be aware that when you turn a page, two pages may turn together, so you can easily skip a page. That's my only complaint about the book. Just be careful about that and it's a good value for the money.

Lost 25 lbs!!
This is my second time buying the three pack of the diet logs. I’m a college wrestler so i have to cut weight frequently. I was able to cut 25lbs thanks to tracking my macros with this journal! i can read back on things i ate in the past, weight i’ve lost, and leave notes and it’s helped TONS. I recommend this to everyone who’s trying to lose weight. Having a physical spreadsheet really helps me visualize how far i’ve come in my journey. i love flipping through pages and seeing how differently i used to treat my body.

The size is good. Slim, fits in my small hand. However, I can tell this is not going to hold up very well (unless I'm very careful when turning the page and when I stuff it in my bag). The paper is rather thin.Kinda reminds me of when I was a kid and we were too poor to afford the "good Mead notebooks" and had the get the cheap store brand notebooks that ripped 2 weeks later.With that said.... I do like the simplicity of this notebook. Big enough spaces for my girly writing. No fuss, just business.The back of the page has lines for you to take notes, (notes, nutrition, sleep).It came in a pack of 3 and for the price, I can't complain.But this will do... I'll make it work... just like when I was a kid with my "budget notebook".

Easy to use - no clutter
So many food journals have a lot of extra written “ clutter “ they want you to track -I love this compact and sturdy journal since it’s very easy to use and cut & dry - I mostly want to track time of day I ate , what I ate , calories and weight daily - this does just that . It’s my 2nd time ordering the 3 pack . Highly recommend.

PLEASE READ TILL END!!I used to just use a standard notepad, but occasionally my scribbles would get disarrayed and became difficult to understand, so I figured I needed something more organized, my first use with this workout log was great! However while at the gym I usually scribble something down in between sits, and sometimes drop/toss/place/set my notepad on the ground next to my machine/bench, a standard notepad could easily withhold the “abuse”... I enjoyed the layout of this log, since it was easy to fill in and straight to the point, I usually like to flip back a few pages and refer back to my previous workouts as a reference of what weight/resistance and warm up on/reps/etc. however, with these workout notepads, I have a hard time doing that since the pages can’t withstand all that much, the pages rip out with ease, which is not something I want in a workout log. I hate to leave a bad review, but I couldn’t find a way to contact the seller in hopes of a replacement set, since I feel like I probably just got some from a “bad batch” several other reviews rave about how “sturdy” they are, yet I’m just not seeing it.. very disappointed, will revert back to the old school method of tracking my workouts. Don’t waste your money :(UPDATE: the company reached out to me and sent me 3 NEW notebooks along with a nice leather cover to protect them through the wear and tear at the gym/in my Gym bag/and flipping through pages. I am so amazed at how amazing their customer service was, I will now be a customer for life ☺️☺️ Very happy!

Almost perfect... but doesn't fold physically as a notepad.
They're everything they look like, and they turned up being everything I wanted to track my food, calories, proteins, etc. I just rename some of the top categories in order to track if I've eaten enough vegetables and proteins that day. One option could be to leave the carbs and fat blank so people can decide what to track there. Or to have servings to check like for the water intake at the bottom.My only real disappointment with this notepad is that it's made kind of cheap. And by that, I mean that the metal spring at the top is not large enough. You'd think the point is to flip through it and use it as a pad, but after only 2 sheets/days used, the top cardboard and sheets were already starting to bend and they're folding out to the side rather than directly underneath the pad. I've tried loosening the metal but it didn't help. In the end I managed to make it fold underneath the pad but only by opening up the metal spring at the top entirely, which means the leaves aren't tied together anymore. The spring is missing an entire loop at the top.I looked at the other 2 pads in the pack and they're also made that way. Looks like they were too cheap to leave out enough metal wire to serve the function of flipping the pages properly.

Exactly what I wanted
Cheap and cheerful paper, tears easily when thrown around on the gym floor between sets but for the price it's the only negative I could find.Lots of space for sets, reps, weights with additional note areas for nutrition, sleep, cardio etc.A really good way to track workouts and progress.
