Each piece is hand stamped here at K9aroma, one letter at a time with a punch and hammer. Sometimes resulting in "imperfections" such as: slightly crooked, or some letters being deeper than others. This should not be seen as an imperfection, but as character, unique to each hand made piece.

I ordered this item for an anniversary gift, being the last minute person I am I was worried it wouldn’t arrive on time. Firstly it arrived before the date and I can’t thank you enough for your exceptional customer service and helping to make my day extra special along with the fact that it is a beautiful item exactly as described and seen in the photos, wording was clear to read and my other half loved it and so did I.
