This is great! It makes it so easy to go from mixing to the fridge for doughs that need to be chilled. I love the removable cup in the center. This is exactly what I needed for the cookie season!

I like that this comes with a middle piece that doubles as a measuring cup or just a cup to put ingredients in for later use (though it’s in ml only - not cool) and the idea of the product over all. It’s great to be able to just mix something up, put the lid on it, and store it in the fridge for later use. The quality does not feel “premium” by any stretch of the imagination. It is more just decent quality than anything else. The problem I see with this is I don’t think it’s really meant for 5 qt mixers, rather just the 4.5 bowls. I have a tilt mixer that is a 5 qt, and I had to really play with it to get it on my bowl, and even after I did, it feels like it is going to pop off at any minute. It can work, but I don’t have the confidence that it will last a long time. Not so sure I can recommend it. Very much overpriced.
