Adorable
I purchased 6/6x for my average 6 year old daughter. To be honest this was't my choice to purchase it. I didn't like how the bottom part is being flared up it looked weird to me. My daughter from the other hand liked it and that is all that matters to me.As you can see on the picture it's big and she definitely will wear it for another year or two. I had to fold sleeves in but she was totally happy and content with her mermaid raincoat

Magic mermaid skin
Oh my word we LOVE this raincoat! My daughter is small for an 8year old and the 6 had a bit of room to grow. She wants to wear it all day everyday. It's very sturdy. My daughter had a collision with another child and skinned her elbow but the coat was untouched! We call it her magic mermaid skin ;). A great raincoat!

Super cute rain coat. You can tell that it is made with quality stitching & materials. I purchased my growing 5 year-old the size 5/6 so that she could have a few years of wear. It fits great- just big enough for her to wear net year as well, and maybe the year after. We just folded back the sleeves. She loves it, and it matches her mermaid rain boots perfectly.

Wow for the price this is a great jacket. The plastic is thick and the lining makes it comfortable to wear. It is very long and the size fits my 6 year old (who is on the tall but skinny side) with room to grow. My daughter loves it.
