Each piece is hand stamped here at K9aroma, one letter at a time with a punch and hammer. Sometimes resulting in "imperfections" such as: slightly crooked, or some letters being deeper than others. This should not be seen as an imperfection, but as character, unique to each hand made piece.

Item arrived quickly (paid for express delivery) and looked good, Was slightly larger than I expected but still very pleased.My only negative would be that I emailed about me required personalisation for the item and then received an email confirming Dispatch priro to any comment from the seller as to whether my personalisation was acceptable/able to be completed. 1 thing I asked for wasn't able to be done, but it was a major thing but I did feel as the item had already been dispatched there wasn't much I could do about it anyway.

Great key tag
Nice product and beautifully crafted. Only criticism is that I had opted for the brass option and disappointed with thickness of the tag.It would be a much better product with a little more weight .
