This is SO MESSY!! It’s nothing like kinetic sand, it’s sticky and the tiny rocks stick to everything! I ended up just throwing away my sons socks because all of the rocks he dropped on the floor then proceeded to step on would not come off. The little guy that comes with it comes apart really easy and my son was frustrated with that as well. I would not recommend this product.

My son asked for this for his birthday this year. We have had it for a couple of months, and he loves it. The rocks are very small and can be a little messy. I usually lay down a sheet of wax paper or place everything in a shallow, plastic box for easier clean up when he's finished playing. The rocks are not sticky like Play Doh. They're more clumpy and spread/break apart easily. There is not a large amount of rocks included, but it's enough for my son to hide all of the smaller tools in the rocks and the loader to dig them out. Assembly was easy. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. He may even get one of the other trucks for Christmas this year.

We bought this to go along with the main starter set, so that each of our boys could have a vehicle to play with. My 6 and almost 3 year old loved it! Some of the smaller pieces aren’t necessary, as they don’t really have a function. The kit comes with gold kinetic rock, which the kids enjoyed. Overall, we would buy this again.

Do not buy!!!! This stuff gets everywhere and took forever to get out of the house. It’s like having super glue mixed in with tiny rock. We had them stuck to our socks for a month and once they are there they’re not coming back off! So unless this is a strictly outside toy, I would never buy again.

4 year old lost interest fairly soon. Does stick to everything, so where you put this really makes a difference. You will get really tired of picking this out of your socks - so uncomfortable. However, grandson was excited about it for a while.

It’s kind of what I expected. You have to warm the rock up in your hands for it to become pliable. 3 stars because the little figure guys appendages keep popping off then you have to super glue them on or they won’t stay put anymore once they fall off.

My kid loved the truck but I hate how messy the rock Kinetic is. I’d order kinetic sand and make slime all day but this rock suff basically sucks cleaning up after. If I could suggest anything to this crit would be don’t include the rock glue. It’s a terrible mess in carpets and tables

Doesn't include much sand, my son enjoyed it but the drilling toy really couldn't work with that small amount of the sand.

My kiddo loved this as an addition to his regular kinetic sand...just wish it came with a tray like other sets! Very cool truck & the "rocks" really look like gold!

I haven't opened this yet, but it looks like a great quality toy for my 4 year old. He loves kinetic sand and loves trucks and construction vehicles, so I know he'll love this. I'll update this review after he opens this.

My son likes it but the sand is very sticky. So be prepared to do it on a cookie sheet.

4 yr old loves it. A bit harder to clean up than the kinetic sand but a great option during the cold winter when we can’t be outside.
