I have lower back pain during periods. I used it with hot joint-pain oil instead of water. Usually the oil on its own isn't great. But the potli+oil combo worked like magic. I slept for 8 hours straight - woke up with no pain!! I'm plesantly surprised. I used it on a steal plate heated on a tava. Not direct tava.

product is useful but after 4 to 5 usage i think it stop working. more longevity would be great

There was some relief of pain in keens but the potlis cloth is burnt now after a few uses. Cannot use it anymore. Disappointed. I sprinkled water and kept it on a hot tava. Have been using it like it was suggested. Have tried using another cloth as well. But its still getting burnt. Please suggest something.

I bought it for my mother and she uses it twice a week for her body pain. This is so effective and smells good (Ayurvedic flavour).We heat the potli with little water in the kadai (cooking pan) and check the temperature with the back of your palm and then press the pain areas gently and repeat the process.Yes its easy to use by yourself around your neck, shoulders, knees and feet .. for the back you need a person to do it for you.The product is good and beneficial.
