good for lightweight garment use or laundry use
Not sturdy enough for what I needed. The extra adjustable bars seemed like a very good concept, but collapsed on me when hanging multiple garments When attempting to tighten the plastic joint pieces that support and adjust the bars, two snapped off in my hand. 3 stars for easy to return and excellent customer service for their attempt to trouble shoot and for their offer to replace. Just not sufficient for my needs as a pop up apparel vendor with heavier apparel. Would be good for laundry use and dry rack.

For you if you don't want to hang jackets, scrubs, or anything more than 50lbs
I purchased this rack 1 year and 10 days prior to writing this post. I would suggest taking the money you intended to use to make this cheap, seemingly smart purchase and spend it on something ba bit more expensive that doesn't slowly fall apart.Literally every 3 months something about it broke. In fact, a piece of it broke during assembly. Why I didn't take that as a sign I should have returned it? I don't know. But a lesson has been learned. I am learning to be frugal. Not cheap. If your cheap, you'll cry twice. If you're frugal you'll cry once. Now off to search for a rack to hold my creations. As all the clothes on the rack are a tripping Hazzard!Attached is a photo of how much clothes was on it before it's last stand.

Description says "heavy duty". It's not.
I was planning to use this for hanging additional items for drying or waiting to be ironed. It was not sturdy enough even though it said heavy duty. After a month or so, it began to lean followed by the base breaking as shown in the photo. I had balanced the items hanging. It just wasn't strong enough to hold over 12-15 items. I regret I didn't realize this soon enough to return it. I didn't set it up and use it quickly enough after receiving it.If you're just going to hang a few things to dry, it's fine. If you plan to hang more, I recommend searching for something more durable like I now have to do.

Average
It’s average. I liked the idea of having 3 racks in 1 but you can’t hang anything that has any weight to it on the outer bars unless you balance it in the other side. It feels more fragile than I’d wanted but it’s ok. I wouldn’t buy it again if I needed another but I also wouldn’t get rid of it.

Just the way I want it
Before I opened the box I thought assembling all the parts would be sort of a headache, but when I opened it and found that putting it together was not that bad at all, surprisingly easy. I like that there are so many racks and it’s sturdy enough to hold plenty of clothes due to the durable metal material. The drying machine in my apartment cannot dry clothes thoroughly, so I bought this to hang clothes after washing/drying by machine. I also like the bottom mesh board, which is just the size to put laundry bag on. The garment rack looks neat, works terrific and holds a lot more than I had expected. It is a very good value and I recommend.

DO NOT BUY! Holds maybe 15 shirts before breaking.
I liked the design of this hanger and the price seemed right, so I went ahead and bought it. The instructions contained two images; a diagram of the deconstructed rack, and one fully assembled. Assembly took about 10 minutes. The fully-assembled rack was lightweight and a bit rickety, but felt sturdy enough for a few shirts. I wheeled it over to my closet and and loaded the rack up with around 20 shirts and and 4 jackets. The jackets were on one of the side rails, which broke off at the joint from their weight. I took off the side rail and put the jackets on the center bar with the shirts. Almost immediately the clamp that holds up the adjustable vertical poles broke, causing the rack to work only at its shortest setting. It's too short to hold up my shirts without folding/wrinkling them. The product is now useless. I will attempt to return this item and will update this review afterwards.

Just like the picture.
This rack was easy to assemble. It took about 20 minutes maximum, once I figured out the mechanics. The instructions are a single sheet with a few images. If you look closely you can figure it quickly. The materials are sturdy for the most part. It's not heavy metal but not light either.Once assembled it looks exactly like the picture shows and is actually kind of big in person. I'm 5'3 and this seems tall. You can fit quite a lot of garments on the top. The bottom shelf thing is kind of small so the rack's primary purpose is clothing to be hung.

We purchased two and I'm so glad we did. All our heavy coats and winter clothes are organized and neat.
