I used this product on 12/24/2024 last evening. I am very pleased with the outcome. My hair is coarse and wavy in texture and thick. I generally use relaxers to straighten my hair. I was leery of what Keratin treatment product to use because very few distributors have pictures with (African Americans) Black individuals using the products (no disrespect to anyone from other cultures). I saw a young woman on youtube discussing smooth and her hair is like mine. I ordered this product 12/21/2024 received it 12/22/2024. I did the whole process on 12/24/2024 which took about 2024 and I am so pleased. Bouncy, straight at the scalp and shiny. No more relaxers for me!

Don’t see a difference

Q alguien me ayude. Me lo apliqué hace una semana y las puntas están quemadas y abiertas y algo duro el cabello en general excepto la raíz q si se siente suave. Tengo el champú y acondicionador de la misma marca y pensé q al lavarlo se sentiría mejor. Pero sigue igual. Q hago ????

Compré el tratamiento de keratina Keragen con grandes expectativas, ya que había leído buenas críticas, pero lamentablemente no me funcionó como esperaba. No alisó como prometía, incluso después de seguir las instrucciones al pie de la letra. Mi cabello no quedó tan liso y suave como esperaba.
