I absolutely LOVE this flour. I am incorporating it into my sourdough recipes (25-50%) and find that it adds so much flavor and complexity to the taste of the bread! It is so easy to work with and now I can't imagine making bread without it!

I wasn’t sure what the texture would be like and I’m back to using my bread machine. I wanted a more fiber filled bread but didn’t want to get into milling my own. This is a great alternative and I found a nice honey whole wheat/bread flour recipe that is wonderful. I’m back to reorder after 45 days. Love supporting a family owned business.

It was very fresh, with the “milled” date just 10 days prior to when I received it. The consistency and color are similar to other brands of whole wheat flour I’ve tried. It may have less gluten then King Arthur whole wheat flour, but can’t be sure because I don’t see this metric on the packaging. Overall, it performs as expected for baking bread, and has a very good texture and taste.

I make my own artisan bread. For along time just white with some whole wheat. This red winter wheat changes the game. Bread rises better, browns nicely and the taste is incredible. Love this product.

Absolutely outstanding! I’ve used this in all of my baked goods, pizza dough and homemade seitan. This is the only wheat I will be buying from now on!
