I bought this item off this website because I started a new Rodan & Fields regiment and they had one of these that they were offering for $45. This one is the exact same product but for a small fraction of the cost.How these work is that you rub them across very gently, making sure to go across any areas that have acne scars or perhaps the start of wrinkles, skin discoloration or so forth. They create little micro abrasions on your skin. Then that triggers your skin to start the healing process. After it heals the micro abrasions, it also heels up the discoloration and so forth. It's actually a remarkably genius idea.The quality of this roller is very satisfying. It came with its own hard plastic case to keep it clean and to keep the little tiny heads nice and sharp. I'm definitely happy with this purchase.

It's cheap and it's a good deal. And I won't review it just because OH IT ARRIVED! no review it and see if it works and honey it does work. Pairing it with a good serum like Vitamin C is good. But I paired it with 100% FRESH aloe vera and shea butter. My face healed great and the acne scarring on the side of my face and the scarring on my forehead cleared up amazingly. NOT COMPLETELY I still got LONGGGG ways to go. But I'm 18 and I intend to use every natural anti aging thing I can find(I wanna look super young in my 50's) The thing is to PREVENT the problem before it even happens. Prevent the wrinkles. Prevent the large pores. Prevent the scarring.

I haven't been using this derma roller long but I swear I already see an improvement in my skin!! I have hyper pigmentation and mild rosacea and I have noticed a difference in both in the last week. My ski. Feels smoother and looks healthier. This is really easy to use and didn't hurt like i thought it would. I can't wait to see the benefits of long term use

I love this little gadget, you can go on home shopping and pay 300$ plus for this same item, and it works the EXACT SAME! I love how it makes my skin feel, and absolutely loves how my skin looks since I have been using this product, only thing I don’t care for is, having to disinfect the head after every use.

The product itself is great. However, the quality is just okay. It make a bad squeaky sound. I meant it’s not just once in a while but consistently. Everything evyou roll it. :( I’m just not happy about it. However, I love the functionality of it. The seller is very considerate. They offered to send a new one. It will arrive next week according to the seller. I will be back and do an update.I use my roller everyday. I have been using it for for a week now and my sink looks a lot better. What I mean with a lot better is that my fine lines smoother. Just an over view, I have a pretty good skin. I just have some discolorations and Some fine lines that’s why I decided to made a purchase. So far it working so well.

I used it for the first time today, it was nice! Squeaky as some said but it still works nicely, I’ve neber used one before but I’m excited to see the results. I doesn’t hurt while rolling but I did pug vitamin C serum on after and it stung slightly for about an hour and then it was just a little tingly for a couple hours.

Bought this for my mom, she loves it.
