KINDRED 27802526 Faucet, Chrome

Great faucet for our kitchen, at a great price. I was initially concerned that the nozzle/sprayer was plastic and not metal - hopefully that won't be a problem down the road. However, as I have checked similar faucets they also have plastic nozzles. We wanted a Franke faucet because we had such good success with a Franke pot filler faucet over our stove. I installed it about two months ago and we haven't had any problems. It looks nice. The hose for the pull out nozzle could have been a bit longer but that's minor. We didn't use the soap pump so I can't comment on that.

Purchased online so i was not expecting much but this is better then items i purchased locally for a lot more money.I would Highly recommend this to everyone.

This faucet is what you would expect when paying $130.00, however the name is misleading this is not a "FRANKE" instead it is a "FRANKE USA" meaning a imitation made in China, so ur not getting a good deal, it's fake, also the faucet after installation worked fine but the soap dispenser did not, I am plumber of 17 years.

We bought this as part of a set with the sink basin from Lowe’s or Home Depot, can’t remember which. It is the same as the photos here and the p/n is a match as can be seen in our photo. Within months the water pressure failed. Removing the nozzle confirmed it wasn’t our house pressure. Undoing the filter on the nozzle revealed nothing but flakes of shiny plastic inside. We contacted the seller who sent us a replacement head but chrome finish, not satin. We contacted them and got another head which was satin and was told to hold the chrome one.Good thing we held onto the chrome finish because within a year the replacement satin head failed. Minimal pressure and removing the filter shows flakes of shiny plastic again. The chrome is on there now and we will be looking to replace the whole thing when that fails, probably in a couple months...

The media could not be loaded.  This faucet has a nice weight to it but that is about it. The spray nozzle in spray mode goes all over the place due to plastic/rubber jets and the pressure on the faucet is a joke. While house has great pressure. Tried cleaning it no luck. Move on to another unit. Pass this one by

This is a beautiful faucet. I love that it arcs out enough to reach the entire sink. I wouldn't recommend this with a shallow sink, as very pressure is adjustable but very strong when you turn it on full. I am only giving it 4 stars because it is made in China, which is deceptive for a Swiss/German company called FrankeUSA.

I bought this faucet at a home improvement store with a two basin SS sink less than two years ago.Yesterday found that the hose is leaking. No options to order parts from the Franke website. I bought a universal hose replacement set. I have been unable to release the hose from the body of the valve assembly from under the sink. Since I will have to remove the complete faucet from the sink to access the hose connection, it makes more sense to purchase a new faucet... one that I will confirm has readily available spare parts in stock that are able to be changed without removing the faucet from the sink.

This is not to be confused with the European Franke brand... it is a knock off from China. My soap dispenser never worked and I reached out to the seller and they never responded. Do not buy.
