The lumbar support is a little better, but still too bulky
Very disappointing! The neck support is way too big, causing the head to be pushed forward. The lumbar support is a little better, but still too bulky. When I tried to return it I was told I would have to pay to ship it myself back to China. It would have cost me about $50. Total waste of money!

Do not buy!!
I’ve had this item for a few weeks now and I feel like i paid $40 for a neck pillow. The lumbar support goes flat, it doesnt hold its shape and doesnt support anything because the whole support goes flat while using. Back still hurts. Wish I could get my money back!
