i fully watered a potted houseplant. i inserted the device and selected moisture. the needle moved, but after more than 10 minutes the needle never reached the green (moist) section of the dial. i am certain that if i were to rely on this device i would be killing all of my houseplants by overwatering. beyond useless.

No matter how moist the soil was in my pots, the meter continued to read "dry". Also the probes are thick and were not good for my small pots. I returned it. (The gloves were nice, which earned a star.)

Doesn't work. It started off ok but I felt like it was reading inaccurately as I would put the meter in a plant I just watered and it would only be at the 2 on the meter. Now it doesn't move past 0 at all no matter how moist the soil is. It doesn't work on the other functions either. It almost seems like I recieved a broken product but I missed my return date so maybe if I tried another one my review would change.

Bought this product primarily for moisture sensing for potted plants. Not as accurate as i would like. Reads too low.When I put the prongs into a glass of water, which should have pegged the needle far right, the needle only went about half way across the scale.

Works great & make plant care so much simpler. I've never used one before but it really simple & easy to read. I use it for indoor & outdoor plants.

Just what I wanted to test the moisture. My plants were sometimes very moist just below the surface and I was watering too often.

The dial is a little small to read when using outside.

Good ph Meter

I've only used the moisture mode and it seems pretty quick and accurate. I'm happy with it so far and looking forward to when I need to use the ph or sunlight measurements.

Looking mostly for a moisture meter, the light and Ph meter work great.
