Good service, Above average color, Quality ok.
5stars for customer service. I had received a default product a week ago. YouWah sent me 2 good bags (1 maroon, 1 green) in return, because they want to keep their customers' trust. As for the bag, the maroon one does not look exactly like d one in d pic. I would give 4 for the maroon and 5 for the green one. There are no compartments inside and the bag is medium in size. Would suit women better.

Love it!!
It's really nice and beautiful. Sturdy and I can carry up-to 4 borosil tiffins along with one flask at a time.That takes care of breakfast and lunch together.
