because it was my fault.. bought a small rather than a large.size.tried it on felt really tight...but did do the job..would recommend it..just don't make the same mistake I made in purchasing the wrong size..truly my bad..lol..

Happy with product but not delivery
I must say i like the item and what followed is not the company suppliers fault. Item as described in that it does a good job, well worth the money.The delivery person did not deliver to our house. Provided a photograph of a house we don't live! After going door to door asking about my package no one else had received it. Eventually, the house photographed as my address, answered our enquiry by saying sorry mate we have not got it - but i did see the delivery driver chuck a parcel over your fence. On returning home we found the parcel on top of items waiting for waste removal.

Not enough support
To support 2 rotor cuff tears whilst doing house renovation. Unfortunately the item was not suitable as it provided little support in the required areas sadly had to return. Originally ordered large but very small and did not fit my son who is 6’2” but not a huge frame. X-Large better size but just not enough support.

Works very well and tight fitting
Product was very good. Upon fighting all the sraps it surports the shoulders well. Only downside is when it is fitted the straps do rub against each other and cause noise however this noise goes after a couple of uses

Shoulder brace
This is well made good enough qaulity but straps need to be addressed.Straps ride up and are difficult to make comfortable.

Itching in underarms
Product is not that much good. When you wear it, it feels ok. But whenever you start workout, the belt move and start itching underarms. Not a practical item.

Exactly as described
Exactly as described, good quality arrived quickly, for me sadly I find it uncomfortable, I couldn't get a tight enough fit, which didn't help. Plus the strap at the back was very scratchy & irritating to my skin unfortunately
