I wanted to save this for a spiritual and spell bound bath to work with the full moon but i had been feeling run down and felt like i needed some physical lift so used it for that. I use essential oils for health and enjoyed the fact it had frankincense and bergamot. Smell was lovely and came beautifully packaged. Will be buying again
