This led motion light is sold at HD a lot more than here at Amazon. Note: You’ll probably have to go get a simple $2.50 plastic mounting plate to attach this to. Just take the included rubber gasket to match up with one at your hardware store and mount it with a couple of long wood screws. This should have been provided. But at this price, I’m willing to overlook that inconvenience. Works very well as intended, biggest flaw is the fixed motion sensor that isn’t angle adjustable. If you’re replacing an outdated existing light fixture at about 7-8’ high above your driveway etc. you’ll be pleased as I am. Plenty bright enough, and blends right in. I say get it if you are just a bit diy inclined. Cheap and it works as intended. I installed two of them.

The area of motion activation cannot be pointed to a specific location. It is rather fixed and therefore motion is not detected if camera is mounted more than 8 feet above ground.

The price is reasonable but, I had to buy my own attachment for it(metal wire box)to be able to install it, otherwise I would’ve given it 5 stars, the motion sensor is fixed so, I had to put a wedge or thick wooden shim on the top part of the wire box that I purchased from Home Depot which was the very important part of the whole installation, once I compensated for the angularity of the sensor where I wanted the detector to be, it does the job.

I was wary of buying this light before there were any reviews, but the form factor of the thing looked better for my purposes than any similar light. And happily, it's worked out fine. I've had it installed for several weeks, and have had no problems. The motion and darkness sensors have worked fine, it throws a good light, and it's nice and compact.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. Upon purchase, the description of the product was stated as new. Unfortunately when the shipping box was opened, the items were used because they were missing parts,were scratched, and had paint on them. I couldn’t even use them and had to waste more time shipping the product back and searching to purchase another one.
