Don't buy it. Not at all as advertised!
I received this, my 5th Android TV box to date. I'm no stranger to the effort required to set these up and get them put into service in your entertainment system. I purchased this one because of the 4K claim and the large RAM/ROM.Pros:Small, blue display lights and.... that's about itCons:Firstly... The remote does nothing.Next... The claimed 4K looks more like 720p. Using the Amazon Prime app, watching the Grand Tour on my TV looks amazing. Switch to this box and it looks as if I had recorded the show and am watching it back on a 1986 VCR. Not nearly 4K. And, yes, I had set the output resolution to the claimed highest setting.And... If you are using the DroidTV app, you cannot set the video player because the window won't stay open more than a flash. The poor coloring and resolution make it impossible to see which recorded program you have selected or which option you are selecting from the operation menu. Poor quality.Last, and most troubling, I can only watch one show before having to unplug and reinsert the HDMI cable. If I don't, the next show/source has no sound. This developed after the first show I streamed had to have the volume maxed to hear it. Now, every time I use it I must perform this ridiculous task.Oh, yeah... I forgot to mention, the home screen and main menu looks like it came from the 1986, made for tv movie that I had to record over, when I watched the Grand Tour, as mentioned earlier. Pinks, light greens, yellows, all with white text that you can barely (if at all) read and all 100% un-customizable. You are stuck looking at something that looks like an 8 year old designed.Final thoughts:Look elsewhere for your Android TV box. This one has some severe problems and, if it is any indicator, it doesn't seem like it will have much longevity. I don't see an option in the "Your Orders" tab to contact the seller, but this issue needs to be remedied. Also, purchase the add-on warranty if you decide to buy this. You'll probably be making use of it.

Stuck in boot mode
Bought is in the last week of June 2019 and im just getting around to use it only to realize that this box is stuck in boot mood, nothing comes up on my tv just the little blue lcd writing saying “Boot”. I have done a hard reset on the device and still nothing.

If your looking for the best Android Box this is the one. Works beyond your expectations. All programs load great. The remote is the best one I seen with a factory Box.

NOT COMPATIBLE with Sony 4k 65xbrx930d / strdn1070 receiver.
Tried 2 of these boxes thinking the 1st one was defective, however NO AUDIO with both. Tried all the audio settings with no luck. Customer service was excellent...they tried to help...item replaced T95zplus using same hdmi connections.
