Good flavour
Considering this is decaffeinated this is an excellent product. It tastes fresh and is very easy to use, although for me I recommend that you leave it to brew for longer than 5 minutes

They were amazed
My sister (82 yrs old) grinds her beans each day and is particular about coffee. I gave her a few of your bags to try (she said thanks but I am not interested in new fangled ideas) She phoned me this morning to say she used one of your bags thinking it was a tea bag and was amazed at how good it was and said maybe she could have a few more as they seemed to be effortless in making a good cup of coffee! I also made a cup for my best friend who said no thanks as she is off dairy at the moment and does not like black coffee. Once again she was amazed at how good it tasted so there are two new customers for you thanks.

dELICIOUS COFFEE! Only one problem...
Love this coffee. My only problem is that the coffee bags ( the little ones that go in your cup) are made of PLASTIC and don't rot down, they last over a year in the compost heap. Fix this please!

Great taste
These have a great taste and – unlike some other brands of coffee bag – the packaging is not excessive. You can put the bags straight into household compost, too.

Excellent
Having been advised by my GP to avoid all caffeine, I looked for chemical-free decaf coffee and found that the Swiss Water Decaffeination process was generally considered the most healthy. These bags are very flavourful and it is easy to adjust the strength to my taste. Highly recommended!

A little on the weak side
I love their strong coffee, it's not a bad coffee but I wish they could do a strong de-caff. I guess it may be tricky to.make a strong de-caff.
