Upset
at this point I'm just upset. i ordered the mint color bottle pack, when looking at the paci the handle wouldnt come apart and i think "eh maybe the platic melted and it just won't come off. I wouldn't mind but I dont like clear nipples so I wanted to change itI sent in 3 emails to their support email on their website , where I was told to send. after almost month of waiting contacted them through Amazon and practically got an instant reply. they were super sweet and sent me a new oneI got this one today 10/7 and it us scratched to all hell and back. it looks like someone took a peice of plastic and dragged it against a semi bumpy roadreally upset at this point cause I just wanted a fine functioning paci that isnt scratched

Not great. Breaks very easily
The bottle was okay, not great quality and the pacifier was very poor quality. The nipple kept going completely flat and the ring that holds the sheild together broke at one of the pins leaving it lodged in there unable to fix the nipple or anything.

Cannot figure out!
I’m confused. How do I get this thing to work? The dome top doesn’t seem to fit with the nipple. And there’s a piece of plastic in the top in the way of where the nipple should go.
