Excellent product!
Works beautifully! I was a little on the fence about purchasing a laptop from a site like this but it works just like the one I got from Walmart! It looks exactly the same, the setup process was the same, the battery life is exactly as promised! It’s an amazing product, especially for the price! Would definitely buy again.

Cheap Price Equals Cheap Product
It can be painfully slow. Routinely becomes unresponsive to the point where I can not even log off. Spend more and get more.

RAM cannot be upgraded
From what I can see, this laptop is stuck with 4 GB of RAM. This makes this model extremely limited for use. 4 GB of RAM is MIN need.
