Knit Picks Stroll Hand Painted Merino Wool Sock Yarn (Blue Yonder Tonal)

This is the first time I’ve used this yarn, and overall, I’m really enjoying it! Socks are coming out perfectly! The yarn has a beautiful color and soft texture. My only issue was initially opening it. I’ve never used yarn that came twisted up, so with my inexperience and trying to do this on an airplane… I ended up having to spend quite a while untangling and winding it up. Other than that, I would highly recommend! I’m halfway through my second sock and there is still a lot of yarn left, might be able to squeeze out another ankle length pair!

The yarn was beautiful and there were no knots, joins or flaws in the skein. One skein made a gorgeous "shawlette."

Hank was easy to use, and the yarn is soft! A nice medium fingering.

I had never used knit picks yarn before ordering this hank. I was really impressed with the quality of this yarn for the price. I think this will be a nice way to ease into using higher quality yarn if that's something you're interested in.

I'm a big fan of Knit Picks yarn. The price is excellent for a large variety of natural fiber yarns. These people are why my stash is getting out of hand. I've found when I just want one skein it is easier to order through Amazon than the website.This is a tonal yarn that I bought to use for white and gray including gnome beards. I'm very happy with the colorway.

I have been knitting socks. I like all the colors and how soft the yarn is to knit with. I wish there were more color choices and not so expensive.
